Thank you for checking us out on the web! The New Life Center is a church that seeks to see the one far from God experience new life through a relationship with Jesus. But we don’t want to stop there. We want to see everyone grow more passionately as a follower of Jesus, to have more passion for Him, His church, people, and prayer! Our hope is that you will come see for yourself the power of God to change lives, no matter where you have been or what you have done. So come and join us and experience new life through Jesus!

FIRST VISIT PLAN

We’re so glad you’ve decided to visit us! You’ll find a list of commonly asked questions here, but don’t hesitate to send us a message or give us a call at (724) 763-7991 during office hours Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Where should I park?

On the weekend and after 5 PM, on-street parking on Ninth Street (a one-way street) and throughout Ford City is free. Overflow spaces are available on 4th and 5th Avenue. Handicapped spaces are available in front of the church.

What should I wear?

Our church has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up; some dressed casual. We have no expectations for attire.

WHAT TO EXPECT

General Information

If you’ve never been here, let us tell you a little about what it’s like here.  We have a very relaxed atmosphere — you can dress up or dress casual, either way we are happy to have you here.

Service begins with music/worship, meet + greet, announcements, a message by one of our pastors, and then prayer/dismissal.

What do I do when I get here?

Our greeters will welcome you as you enter our doors and give you a bulletin with information on upcoming church events and our ministries. Once you have been welcomed, head to our Welcome Center to get a visitor’s packet and learn more about New Life Center. If you have children, you’ll check them in at the Welcome Center on your first visit and then they’ll head to New Life Kids.

What We Believe

The New Life Center is affiliated with the Assemblies of God, one of the fastest growing Christian fellowships in the world. We adhere to these Biblically based doctrines of the fellowship which are known as the 16 Fundamental Truths.

NEW LIFE NEXT

If you’re interested in getting connected at our church or involved in the life of the church, New Life Next is your first step.

During our time together, you’ll meet our staff, learn how to get involved, and understand fundamental truths of the Christian faith. This class is designed to be a conversational environment where you discover more about our church and our mission. New Life Next is held on Sundays immediately following the worship time of our service.

How do I get involved?

There are many ways to get involved. Here are four of them:
1) Come to a worship service on Sunday.
2) Come to 1st Wednesday Ministry Nights or Wednesday Night Groups.
3) Look into joining a Small Group, and get to know some great people.
4) Serve with us on a team in the church, community, or in the mission field.
